The agreement between you and Cedar & Breath when you use this website or buy something from it.

1. Agreement
These Terms apply to your use of cedarandbreath.info and to anything you buy through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy anything from this site. The site is intended for adults in the United States.
2. What this site is
Cedar & Breath publishes movement instruction and written guidance and sells the digital products listed below. We are not a medical practice, a physical therapy clinic or a healthcare provider of any kind. Nothing on this site is professional advice for your individual circumstances. See the Disclaimer, which is important and forms part of these Terms.
3. Using the site
You may read, print and share links to anything published here for your own personal use. You may not:
- copy substantial parts of the site and republish them, in print or online, without our written permission;
- scrape, harvest or systematically download the site by automated means;
- attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or anyone else's use of it;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage our reputation.
Asking is usually enough. We have never refused a reasonable request from a teacher, a library, a community group or a church cookbook.
4. What we sell

Live sessions
Where you book a live session, you are buying a place at a scheduled time, not a recording. Sessions run as scheduled unless we tell you otherwise. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. If we cancel a session, you get a full refund or a replacement place, whichever you prefer. Session times are published in Eastern Time.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and are shown in full before you reach a payment button. There are no hidden charges, no handling fees and no shipping, because nothing is shipped. Payment is taken by an external payment provider on their own secure pages; we never see or store your card details.
We may change prices for future purchases at any time. A change never affects something you have already bought.
6. Your licence to what you buy
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes in one household. You may:
- download it and keep your own copies;
- print it as many times as you like for your own use;
- use it indefinitely — the licence does not expire.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, post it publicly, upload it to a file-sharing service, or use it to provide a commercial service to other people. Buying a file does not transfer the copyright in it, which stays with us.
7. Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you have 14 days.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, illustrations, layout, code and the Cedar & Breath name and logo are owned by us or used by us under licence. Photographs sourced from third parties are used under Public Domain, CC0 or Creative Commons Attribution terms and are credited in the image credits file published with the site. Our own material may not be reproduced beyond what section 3 allows without permission.
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, write to classes@cedarandbreath.info identifying the work and the page, and we will investigate promptly.
9. Third-party links and advertising
This site links to other websites and carries third-party advertising. We do not control those sites or those advertisements and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. See the Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure.
10. No warranty
We put real work into making this site accurate and we test everything we publish. Even so, the site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cedar & Breath and the people who work for it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of this site or anything bought through it, whether the claim is in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were told such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site or to anything bought through it will not exceed the greater of the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent the law allows, and nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cedar & Breath harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or of anything bought through it.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always the one on this page and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes apply from the date they are posted and never retroactively to a purchase you have already made. If a change is significant we will note it on the site for at least 30 days.
14. If part of this is unenforceable
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in full force.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and Cedar & Breath about the site and anything bought through it, and replace any earlier understanding. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
